Did you have hopes that Gary Kreep, the attorney best known for challenging the legitimacy of President Barack Obama's birth certificate, would tone down the political rhetoric now that he's been elected as a judge on the San Diego County Superior Court bench?
Think again. Talk about activist judges...
Here's an email blast that Kreep, who leads the United States Justice Foundation, sent out today about the United Nations Law of the Sea Treaty that "Barack Hussein Obama" wants to ratify:
United States Justice Foundation Gary G. Kreep, Esq. - Executive Director
| Dear XXXXX, | ||
Barack Obama is about to ram the UN's Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) through the U.S. Senate. This horrendous agreement will strip America of our sovereignty over our own coasts, subject U.S. citizens to a new type of "world court,” and redistribute our nation's mineral wealth all over the world. And fifteen U. S. Senate Republicans -- enough to help Mr. Obama ratify this treaty -- are leaning towards voting for it!
| ||
However, it has now been resurrected by Barack Obama, and he's rushing to get the Senate to ratify it. And, right now, Mr. Obama has the votes to do just that! Fax these fifteen pro-big government Republicans NOW. This is an emergency. Here's what this treaty will do to America, if we can't convince these Republicans to vote right: First, it will strip the U.S. of all our rights to mine for precious national resources off our own coasts. It will require us to pay billions and billions of dollars in royalties to a UN bureaucracy, in Jamaica, that will then "redistribute” these funds to poor countries. Next, it will allow the "International Tribunal of the Law of the Sea,” in Germany, to rule on virtually any matter that has to do with the oceans. This "world court” will be able to drag U.S. citizens before it, and charge them with all sorts of "international crimes!” And, because LOST is an international treaty, if the U. S. Senate ratifies it, liberals claim that LOST will supersede the United States Constitution. It will give dictatorships, like China and Iran, nearly unlimited power over the United States, and over our interests. I am not joking. There are fifteen senate Republicans who may vote for this monstrosity. You can read their names by clicking here.
| ||
It's just that simple. And, while you are at it, please add to the effectiveness of your faxes by personally calling your U.S. Senators' offices at 202-224-3121. Tell them, in no uncertain terms, that you expect them to protect America's sovereignty, and vote "NO” on the LOST treaty. Sincerely,
