'The World's Greatest Country & America's Finest City'

Does the new U-T motto make you nauseous, too?

In case you're not one to read the fine print, the new owners of the San Diego Union-Tribune have changed the tagline to: 

THE WORLD'S GREATEST COUNTRY & AMERICA'S FINEST CITY 

And, yes, it's actually in bold on A1, because the U-T is now the galaxy's corniest daily newspaper. 

(It used to say "MORE THAN 1,000,000 READERS WEEKLY.")
