All you can Bilbray

Want to eat well and lobby? Here's your guide to upcoming Congressional shingdigs

By Dave Maass
bilbray_speech Rep. Bilbray is a bargain!

So, Congress is in session, making all kinds of decisions about important issues like extending key provisions of the USA PATRIOT Act and cutting funding for a Tijuana sewer from the federal budget. Perhaps you've got something to say about something.  Perhaps you've got something to ask about something.

Or perhaps you just want cheap lunch buffet at a sports bar.

If Rep. Brian Bilbray is your Congressman and you've got $8, then you're in luck. The Republican's event at Sky Box is San Diego's best Congressional deal:

If Rep. Bob Filner represents you, then you can catch up with him in April at the Mission Bay Hilton, but it'll cost you $125

If Rep. Duncan Hunter's your Congressman, but you don't live in Washington, DC and don't have $500, then you're SOL

And if you're in Reps. Darrell Issa or Susan Davis' constituency--we got nothing.
