Let me get right to the point. Unless I can raise $14,770 in the next seventy-two hours, I may have to drop ALL of our efforts to get Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., thrown off state election ballots.

Our situation is that serious.

USJF's financial crisis is so severe that we won't be able to continue with even our lawsuits in Illinois and California, unless you help us out today.

And Barack Obama will be able to run for "reelection,” without EVER being forced to verify his eligibility before a court of law.

We just filed a NOTICE OF APPEAL in the California eligibility ballot challenge that we have now become the attorneys in—this is our second current eligibility case in that state and we just filed a brief in the United States Supreme Court in support of an eligibility challenge from the State of Georgia that is being handled by one of our allies. 

These two cases have wiped out the funds that we had on hand for our state eligibility cases!

XXXX, I need your help more than ever.

Mr. Obama's strategy, from day one of this epic battle, has been to force USJF to spend every dime that we have fighting him in court. He believed that ordinary Americans like you would eventually grow tired and stop funding us.

And, if that happened, he would win.

Well, unless I can raise this $14,770 in the next seventy-two hours, Mr. Obama will be proven right.

Unless I can raise this money right away, I will in all probability have to drop our state level lawsuits, and Barack Hussein Obama will never actually have to prove to a state court that he is eligible to be listed on November's ballot.

He will get away with the greatest fraud in American history.

Please don't let this happen.

Any one of these new legal challenges could end Barack Hussein Obama's occupation of the White House.

However, I must raise this $14,770, in the next 72 hours, or else I may have to shut down all of these legal challenges.

I need your help now more than ever. USJF's situation is that desperate. Please help.
