San Diego Unseen: An Urban Portrait

The folks at El Camino spent the entire weekend celebrating the club's second anniversary with local celebutantes coming out en masse to dance to DJs like Hoff and Mike Delgado. But as evidenced by this photo, the highlight of my night was a surprise appearance from KISS bass player Gene Simmons’ sister. Yeah, her makeup was way heavier, but she embodied the song “Lick It Up” like a champ. Please, no more tequila shots.
