Radio veteran Michael Halloran is back at 91X. The radio station announced this week that Halloran is the new host of Loudspeaker, a two-hour local-music program that airs on Sundays at 7 p.m., replacing previous host Andrew Rowley. He’ll also host FTW, an hour-long, freeform show that goes on after Loudspeaker. He starts on Sunday, Oct. 2.

Smile Now Cry Later mastermind Lizeth Santos-Roberts is getting ready to drop her self-titled debut album. Last weekend, she released the album’s lead single, “Favorite Song,” and she plans to put out a music video for the track soon. She’s hoping to find a label interested in releasing the record, but says she might just put it out herself.
