• Fiery Passion in Paradise Created by Krystal Brookhart, Donovan’s Circle of 5ths, 1st place 1 oz. passion fruit; 1 ⁄ 2 lemon squeeze; 1 ⁄ 2 -oz. basil-and-cayenne-infused simple syrup; 2 oz. vodka Shake vigorously, strain into sugar rimmed bucket glass, garnish with basil leaf.

• Hot Miggy Created by Michael Lamantia, Hard Rock Hotel, 2nd place 1 ⁄ 4 cup hibiscus tea; 1 1 ⁄ 4-oz. tequila; 1 tablespoon Nature’s raw agave nectar; 1 splash of orange, cherry and lemon bitters; 1 splash lemon juice; 1 1 ⁄ 4-oz. pink grapefruit juice. Garnish with a split pineapple leaf and one hibiscus flower. Serve warm.
