Maienschein wants Aguirre's job

Aide confirms City Council member will run for city attorney

The conservative blog San Diego Red County broke the news Wednesday evening that oft-absent City Councilmember Brian Maienschein will be running for Mike Aguirre’s job. Maienschein’s chief of staff, Lance Witmondt, confirmed the news for CityBeat.
