Welcome to San Diego CityBeat's annual Best of San Diego voting ballot for 2010. Please read the following before you begin:

1) Please complete as many categories as possible. For your ballot to count, you must fill in at least 10 categories. Once you complete and exit the survey, you will not be able to go back and edit or add answers, so fill out as many categories as you can....the first time!

2) You must provide a valid email address, which will be verified. Only one ballot per person may be submitted.

3) San Diego CityBeat reserves the right to disregard multiple ballots that are sent from the same IP address.

4) Businesses are not permitted to fill out or submit ballots on behalf of their employees, customers, or anyone else - with or without consent. Any business offering discounts or anything of value in exchange for votes will be automatically disqualified.

5) Deadline for all final ballots is Wednesday, October 20 at 5pm P.S.T.

6) The list of winners will be published in the San Diego CityBeat Best of Issue on November 10, 2010. Results will also be available on sdcitybeat.com. on the same date.

7) When you are finished, please remember to click "Complete this section" button at the end of each ballot section.

8) San Diego CityBeat and sdcitybeat.com make every reasonable effort to prevent ballot-stuffing, including IP filtering and e-mail address verification.
